


In England they are dubbed 'bangers', the Australians refer to them as 'snags' but without doubt they form an integral part of the traditional Great British Breakfast. For the British there
is nothing quite like a well-cooked pork sausage with a smidgen of English

with a generous helping of their favourite gravy, or even cold with simple
rustic bread. Now the British are a strange folk with their traditional eccentric
named dish "toad in the hole", a concoction of sausages served in
a roasted batter.
