



In 2003 we sold over 100,000 lbs of sausages, equivalent to almost 600,000 sausages! The fact that our sausages are made with the freshest meat, plus the finest herbs and spices, have a less than 5% fat content, consequently our customers experience less shrinkage and get full value for their dollar, could have something to do with it!
We offer 36 different styles and flavours from moderately spicy Algerian Merguez (lamb and herbs) to Jamaican (pork and Caribbean spices). The range is truly global with Africa, Asia, Europe, Central America, North America, and South America all featuring alongside Britain.
