



Cooking Hints for our Sausages:-
1) Pan-Frying.
Preheat frying pan to a medium heat with a little oil in it, place sausages
in the frying pan. Do Not Prick. You will
need to keep the moisture in as we have less than 5% fat content, they will
take about 8 - 9 minutes to cook. Keep turning until they are brown on all
sides.
2) Oven Baking.
Preheat the oven to 350 deg. Place on a cookie sheet that has been coated
with a little oil, again Do Not Prick.
Bake for 30 minutes.
3) Barbecuing. (The
Fast Way)
Preheat a pot of water on the stove. Place sausages in the pot and Simmer
for 7 - 8 minutes, again Do Not Prick.
Brown on the barbecue.
4) Barbecuing. (The
Slow Way)
Preheat the barbecue to a low to a medium heat, place the sausages towards
the outside as the center will be too hot. Do Not
Prick. They will take about twenty minutes.
